How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who reaches Fifatesting Plumbing should get fair and honest treatment. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Fifatesting Plumbing
• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• How a plumber we linked you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Fifatesting Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@fifatesting.world. Please include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The name of the provider, if you know it
• What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking with the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
